Why Inno Yolo
One of the things I have always been passionate about is realising my full potential and helping others realise the same. I have worked my entire life with this goal in mind and it has guided my actions as I have ploughed the soil and sown the seeds of my career, summited metaphorical career mountains, faced temptation to act outside of myself, walked through dark valleys and risen again as I expect to for the rest of my career.
I am fortunate enough to have seen success in my career and incredible joy in my personal life, despite challenges faced and traumatic events overcome. This is because of the guidance and support that I have received from those who cared to provide it (family, friends, colleagues, mentors and sponsors); exposure to people who have taken the time to educate and inspire; lessons I have taken from both good and bad experiences and an unwavering belief that if I work hard, give my best effort and stay authentic, the world will respond positively. One of things that I have been fortunate to have are great leaders and mentors. I see this space and the initiatives offered here as an opportunity to amplify and share the wisdom that I have access to.
More recently I have been thinking a lot about what my contribution to the world ought to be. How can I help make the world a better place?
This is a question that I have pondered for months and this website and the offerings presented here are part of the answer, which is: empowering those that I can empower. My contribution to the wider world is that of leveraging my experience, resources and all that I have been given to provide services that help others realise their full potential. I believe that as I do what I can to support others, in the way that I am uniquely positioned to, I will continue to learn and grow as I do so.
